Before your appointment
Arrive ten minutes early
Enough time to settle in and fill in a short health form on your first visit.
Bring what you already have
Past X-rays, a list of medicines you take, and any dental work done elsewhere. It saves a visit.
Need to cancel?
Call or text as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else. There is a cancel link in your confirmation email too.
In pain right now?
Do not wait for an open slot — call 0921 296 0996 and say it is painful. Toothache is prioritised where the schedule allows.
